Deep Passion, Deep Knowledge Claude William Genest works for the earth in three ways: He’s Vice-president of the Green Party of Quebec and Fundraising Chair of the Green Party of Canada. He’s founder of the Green Mountain Permaculture Institute in northern Vermont where he teaches and practices applied ecology and sustainable design. And he now brings his diverse television background and expertise in sustainability to the production of REGENERATION - his labor of love. “ Care of the earth, care of the people and returning a surplus - this is the permaculture ethic and one I share to the depths of my being” says he. "Time and again I have seen beautiful, profitable and do-able solutions in action and shook my head in disbelief that these ideas were not commonplace...
